Mandela has a Bachelor's Degree in Intercultural Communications, a Masters Degree in Education and Administration & Policy, and she was a PhD candidate in Urban Schooling at UCLA. Mandela has served as a member of the Sequoia Capital and First Round Capital scout and angel investor communities, and she has been named Entrepreneur magazine’s 100 Most Powerful Women, Forbes' Women to Watch, and LinkedIn's Top 10 Voices in Venture Capital and Startups. Mandela is currently the Executive Coach to several high-performing tech CEOs, founders, and non-profit leaders, and her favorite pastime is enjoying new experiences with her family and friends.
