HPP offers transitional and emergency housing for pregnant and postpartum clients.
Jelani House
Jelani House welcomes residents at any stage of their pregnancies and/or during their infant’s first year. As a transitional living program, Jelani House aspires to build community, provide 1:1 and group support and ensure residents exit to permanent housing.
Pregnancy Assistance Temporary Housing (PATH) Program
PATH offers emergency housing to unhoused pregnant clients with larger families (partners and/or additional children) with long-term hotel stays and 1:1 support until permanent housing is secured.
Transitional and Emergency Housing Services
Jelani House and PATH clients receive prenatal and parenting support in conjunction with other services.
Comprehensive Housing Support
Immediate housing alongside wrap-around support to promote family stability.
Support with Substance Use Disorders
Specialized therapy and support services for mothers overcoming substance use disorders.

Assistance finding and securing permanent housing.

Resume building, interview preparation and professional skills development.
