Mental Health & Parenting Support
HPP provides individual psychotherapy to clients, as well as parenting classes, fatherhood services and children’s playgroups.
Our mental health and parenting programs help clients address the varied challenges of parenthood. They help parents manage stress, overcome barriers, build resiliency, achieve goals and create community. All services are client-centered and trauma-informed and seek to provide cognitive, emotional and social support for families.

Individual Therapy
Bilingual (English and Spanish) client centered, trauma informed, strength based psychotherapy provided onsite and virtually by marriage and family therapists, clinical social workers and mental health interns and trainees.
Domestic Violence Groups
Weekly support group for survivors of intimate partner violence.
Fatherhood Services
A dedicated group for dads, led by dads.
Parenting Support
Attachment-focused parenting groups.
