Client Services is the first-stop for families seeking HPP support, with services ranging from emergency food and diapers to case management and referral services.

Do you Need Support?

If you are pregnant or a parent or guardian with a child(ren) under 18, we have a variety of programs and services to assist you and your family. Walk-in and remote assistance available.

Please fill out the online Client Services Interest Form to receive critical support, assessment and referral services if you are a new or existing client. Though we strive to reach everyone in a timely manner, please note that we are experiencing a very high volume of requests for services.
