Lilli Milton

Director of Programs - Community & Clinical Services | She/Her/They

Lilli provides direct management to HPP’s clinical services and community programs. She is responsible for program operations, while also collaborating with inter-agency partners to ensure programs and services best meet community needs. At HPP Lilli has worked as a case manager, program manager, clinical supervisor and program consultant, and she is currently a member of the agency's executive team. Prior to joining HPP, Milton provided counseling and crisis services, as well as substance abuse and recovery support to adults with co-occurring disorders. Lilli is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an MSW degree (with an emphasis in Community Mental health) from the University of California, Berkeley.
