Eden Woldemariam

Eden started her journey with HPP as a Social Work intern in 2005. After graduating from San Francisco State University, she joined HPP in 2006. She worked as a Case Manager for families struggling with addiction and child welfare. After years of doing direct service work with clients, she moved to managing different programs. With over 15 years of client work experience, Eden serves as the agency’s Director of Case Management and Capacity Building. She has a Master’s degree in Social Work and is committed to social justice.
