Volunteer
HPP frequently hosts volunteers to help sort donations, stuff envelopes and support events. While we are thankful for the generosity of all interested in supporting the agency this way, please know that we have very limited opportunities for this type of engagement. If you are interested in volunteer opportunities, please fill out the form below to be added to a potential volunteer pool for future tasks and/or shifts.
Volunteer Groups
HPP makes its best effort to accommodate group volunteers, but – given space constraints and limited projects – we are only able to host small groups and our opportunities are limited. Friday Food Bag Distribution
Every Friday, HPP provides food and other essential items to over 650 families. In order to meet increased demand, HPP is seeking volunteers to prep food bags on Friday mornings (9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.). Volunteers work in HPP’s open-air garage with safety protocols in place. Donation Drives
Holding a donation drive is an easy way to engage friends, coworkers and other community groups in giving! Set up a fundraiser in lieu of gifts for a special occasion or organize a drive for items on our wish lists.
